Service & Parts Director

Responsibilities  

·         Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service need.

·         Assist customers in genuine Ford parts

·         Understanding customer's requirements and concerns; matching requirements and concerns to various service options.

·         Making the customer comfortable with the service being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated during the service of their vehicle.

·         Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required.

·         Maintain a service customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

·         Hiring and supervising all service and parts department personnel, as well as monitoring their performance in servicing customers.

·         Creating goals and objectives for the department

·         Maintaining a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.


Qualifications

·         A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager is required, Ford experience a huge plus

·         Strong focus on providing excellent customer service

·         Team-based managerial experience with strong focus on effective team member communications and team member development 

·         Tech Savvy

Experienced Service Writer

Responsibilities

* Oversee service orders and flow of Service Lane. 

* Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective      service. 

* Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those  additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. 

*Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. 

*Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. 

* Distribute work between technicians efficiently. 

* Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. 

* Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores at or above company standards. 

* Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary. 

* Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department. S

* Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees. 

* Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards. 

* Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

* Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations. 

* Collaborate with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions.

Marketing Representative

We are seeking a Marketing Representative with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude.

This individual will receive calls into our auto dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to the correct destination. 

This position will also be responsible for identifying, greeting and assisting customers who enter the showroom and drive on lot.  

Respond to digital inquires from customers.  

Appear in marketing material for the dealership (TV commercials, internet ads; videos, print ads).
